Vineyard

Selective pruning, limited yielding and regular soil working. Naturaly grown and produced without chemical weed control. Organic certified.

Harvest

Grapes sorted out by hand.

Winemaking

Fermentation at a checked temperature in stainless steel tanks. Extraction by unballasting, pumping over and uniform grape marc sparkling for 2 to 3 weeks according to the grape variety.

Ageing potential

To taste now and for 5 years, at least.

Deep garnet in colour with subtle highlights, this wine opens on generous notes of ripe fruit, lifted by a hint of spice. The palate is broad and silky, with well-integrated aromas and supple tannins. A fresh, balanced finish rounds out its refined character.
