Selective pruning, limited yielding and regular soil working. Naturaly grown and produced without chemical weed control. Converting to organic.

Fermentation at a checked temperature in stainless steel tanks. Extraction by unballasting, pumping over and uniform grape marc sparkling for 4 to 5 weeks according to the grape variety.
Ageing potential
To taste now and for 7 years, at least.
